Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major vision and medical insurance plans. The best way to confirm is to call us before your visit—we're happy to verify your coverage so there are no surprises.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We're always welcoming new patients and their families. Book online or give us a call to get started.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your insurance card, a photo ID, your current glasses or contacts if you have them, and a list of any medications you're taking. Arriving 10 minutes early for paperwork is always appreciated.

I need to reschedule. What's the best way?
Please give us a call to reschedule, or to let us know if you are running late. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your slot to another patient. *See Missed Appointment policy below.

Appointment policy

Missed Appointments

We reserve your appointment time just for you, and we do our best to run on schedule so you're never kept waiting. To be fair to all of our patients, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • First & second missed appointment
We get it—life happens. If you miss or need to reschedule, we'll work with you to find a new time. No penalty, no problem.

  • Third missed appointment
After a third no-show or last-minute cancellation, we're no longer able to hold scheduled appointment slots. Going forward, we'll be happy to see you as a walk-in whenever we have availability.

  • Exceptional circumstances
We know that sometimes things happen that are genuinely outside your control. If that's the case, please reach out—we're always willing to have a conversation and find a solution that works for everyone.
